By ordering a commission, you agree to the following terms.

PAYMENT: Payment is currently only accepted via PayPal invoices. Payment is requested as soon as you take a slot. Invoice must be paid in full before your commission is sent to you.
REVISIONS: Revisions are available as requested. Please be aware that large changes will incur an additional fee.
REFUNDS: Refunds are not available. Orders can only be cancelled prior to the commission being started.

Commissions are for non-commercial use only. My art cannot be sold for monetary gain. If you're interested in commissioning art for commercial use, please discuss it with me.
I will do work for Twitch streamers at the rate of my typical commissions, including offline screens and emotes. Large streamers incur additional fees due to monetary gain via Twitch.
Completed commissions may appear in my portfolio and social media accounts.
Adoptable Terms of Service
By purchasing an adoptable, you agree to the following terms.
My goal is to make character designs feel right at home. As such, using them in personal projects alongside OCs is permitted. Please feel free to treat them as you would any other character you own without worry. I only ask that you obey the following:

Sold adoptables may appear in my portfolio and social media accounts.
Commercial rights are included; but you must credit me for the design in a visible location with a link back to me if they are used for commercial purposes.
My original art of the adoptable cannot be used for monetary gain.
You may regift or resell adoptables purchased from me.
Resells must be equal to or less than the price they were purchased at. If the character includes commissioned art, you may add the value of the art onto the design. Gift art & traded art does not apply.
You may redesign the adoptable as you see fit. Please enjoy your little guy!
Using the design in hateful content is strictly forbidden.

NOTE: I do my best to complete commissions as timely as I can, but sometimes I require additional time for health reasons as I am chronically ill. the typical turnaround for a one-off commission is under a month. however, please be aware that my health as well as the length of the queue will impact how soon yours is completed.
